Siemens Corporation President and CEO George Nolen will be retiring to pursue personal interests after a 26-year career with the company.

His legacy—including overseeing three years of double-digit growth and $17 billion in new acquisitions—will be felt at Siemens for many years.

We thank George for his outstanding service to the company and wish him all the best as he begins this new chapter in his life.

Peter Solmssen will serve as Siemens Corporation’s acting President and CEO until a successor is named. Solmssen is a member of Siemens AG's Managing Board with regional responsibility for the Americas.
